Registration
1.
Places are offered on a first-come-first-served
basis.
2.
Registration by:

3.
Seats will be confirmed upon receipt of programme
fees.
4.
Monthly payment is due two weeks before the session
start.
5.
No refund or credits for any missed classes.
6.
Make-up classes can be arranged for those who are
absent due to illness, upon providing a doctor’s medical certificate.
7.
Classes will be cancelled when typhoon 8 signal is
hoisted, and/or the red/black rain warning is issued two hours before the start
of the session. No refund for such
enforced closures.
8.
Children are assumed to register for the whole
programme unless being informed.
Withdrawal after the programme start requires one-month notice.
9.
If withdrawal notice is given after payment and
before commencement of the programme, a withdrawal fee of 50% of the monthly
payment is applicable.
10. If withdrawal notice is given after payment and after commencement of the programme, no monthly payment will be refunded.
11. Archway Green reserves the right to cancel or postpone the programme due to unforeseen circumstances. In such circumstances, fees will be refunded on a prorata basis for the sessions missed. All fee, terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
