Beatrix Kwan is the Director of Archway Green Limited.  She was born and brought up in Hong Kong.  She has studied in London for 6 years and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Imperial College, University of London.  After working 9 years in U. S. as IT consultants, she moved back to Hong Kong in 1978.  She has strong project management skills and extensive experience in investment banking and financial services industries.  Her past roles include programme/project management and team management.  She is a Buzan Licensed instructor authorized to promote Buzan Learning Programmes and SAPERE certified P4C practitioner.  She is also actively involved in the Kids’ Ed Expo.

 

She believes that children are our future.  Equip them with the right learning and thinking tools will benefit their lifetime – ultimately, a treasure to our society.  

 

Sorais Kwan is the Thinking Advisor of Archway Green Limited.  She studied in England for 5 years and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne.  She gets her Master Degree in Engineering from the University of Hong Kong.  She has been working for the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region since 1983 with over fifteen years' experience on planning works, from domestic nature to regional context.  She also had 2 years' part-time teaching experience with the Hong Kong Polytechnic on transportation planning.  She has extensive experience in project management and people management.  She is always keen to explore ways to take her team to a new height.  She has just completed a 3-years' part-time course on theology organised by the Methodist Church of Hong Kong and is now attending a one year course on “Green Disciple”.  She is also a SAPERE certified P4C practitioner. 

 

She believes in the dignity and worth of each individual and the fundamental right of each person to realize his or her fullest potential.
